  • Description: As the General Manager for ADP's Allcomp Group, this person is responsible for the day-to-day management and operations of ADP's Ultra High Temperature Materials facilities at LM-Allcomp in Rosamond, CA and within Edwards AFB. In this position, the selected person will develop a distinctive work environment; spearhead innovative strategic thinking; manage company resources productively; direct the people development and deployment process; build a dynamic organization; and oversee day-to-day operations. The selected candidate is responsible for all phases and functions of the business and all programs throughout their lifecycles. Responsibilities include: maintaining a safe operating environment for the employees, setting the vision and direction of the organization; developing new business opportunities & sales; expanding product lines; establishing operational development and production milestones; establishing and monitoring process plans and adherence to such plans; directing the work of others; setting organizational priorities; subordinate recruitment, selection, training work assignments, salary, recognition and discipline; and cost and schedule performance for all functions and programs. Additionally, the position will be responsible for continued alignment of Allcomp business practices with Lockheed Martin practices, policies and procedures.

    Basic Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's Degree or higher

    • Demonstrated experience as a program manager/leader.

    • Demonstrated success managing production teams/programs.

    • Experience with capturing new business and growing the orders pipeline management.

    • Active Secret Clearance

    Desired Skills:

    • 10+ years related experience.

    • Experienced in Ultra High Temperature Material research and/or production.

    • Recognized as an Ultra High Temperature Materials Subject Matter Expert.

    • Experience building strong customer relationships and driving executive level communications.

    • Familiar with ESH Requirements, ISO 9001, and AS 9100.

    • Demonstrated ability to manage a budget and schedule successfully.

    • Strong verbal and written communication skills, able to address complex matter / solutions with senior leadership.

    • Able to work collaboratively across DoD and internal / external customers driving material solutions for complex applications.

    • Advanced degree in a technical discipline.

    • Strong organization, planning and time management skills.

    • Ability to manage, coach, train and motivate team in technical and leadership development.

    • Earned Value Management System (EVMS) and experience partnering with enterprise performance.

    Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.

    Clearance Level: Top Secret with Investigation or CV date within 5 years

    Ability to Work Remotely: Full-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work remotely full time at a location other than a Lockheed Martin designated office/job site. Employees may travel to a Lockheed Martin office for periodic meetings.

    Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.

    Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week

    Pay Rate:

    The annual base salary range for this position in most major metropolitan areas in California and New York is $168,800 - $318,000. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.

    Pay Rate:

    The annual base salary range for this position in California and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Washington or Washington DC is $146,800 - $281,400. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.

    (Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full-time employees: accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO) to be used for incidental absences and other reasons; receive at least 90 hours for holidays. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.

    This position is incentive plan eligible.
