    Job Description

    Position Responsibilities :

    • Responsible for executing production schedule and hourly monitoring of performance to production schedule

    • Monitor and continuously improve workshop efficiency, effectiveness, and safety performance regarding all aspects of the remanufacturing processes

    • Supervise, conduct performance reviews, and maintain training records and development plans for direct reports.

    • Ensure workshop works within the quality guidelines of IATF6949.

    • Implements & enforces ZF policies regarding safety and personnel. Performs safety audits.

    Required Education, Skills and Experience:

    • High School diploma or equivalent required.

    • 3+ years' experience in a production remanufacturing or logistics operation.

    • Strong background in utilizing ERP systems (SAP Preferred) and Quality standards.

    • Flexiblility to provide supervision for adjacent shifts.
