  • Our client, a prominent financial services institution is seeking a Release Manager to join their team. The ideal candidate will be a diligent self-starter with 10 years of experience which will align successfully in the organization.

    Job Title: Release Manager

    Location: Addison, TX

    Pay Range: $67.60/hr

    What's the Role?

    This role is responsible for planning, coordinating, and delivery of defined deliverables with usually required engagement from multiple teams, such as a project or BAU items.

    Key responsibilities include effectively communicating the release objectives, coordinating delivery, managing risks, ensuring compliance to standards, and providing end to end visibility to the health of the deliverables. This role ensures execution and delivery meets the clients expectations in terms of the quality and timelines. They facilitate sync points across multiple organization to enable delivery.

    What's Needed?

    • 10+ years experience as a release manager

    • Scrum Master or Release Train Engineer working experience is desirable

    • Tableau reporting skills would be a plus

    • Understand release/deployment components. Understand risks and can ally controls necessary to mitigate. Facilitate team planning ceremonies against release milestones. Ability to answer team Agile/waterfall framework questions. Ability to understand big picture and connect all details.
