Make a Difference
The RN will be responsible for demonstrating performance consistent with professional standards of practice, care, performance, the Nurse Practice Act, and the mission and goals of the Community Health Network. The RN manages patient care in the healthcare continuum to achieve optimum outcomes in a safe and cost-effective manner and demonstrates skills in collaboration, delegation, negotiation, and management of resources. We are looking for an RN or New Grad who is a team player, has a good attitude, good communication skills, responsible and respectful, takes initiative in their learning, and an advocate for our patients. We have an outstanding 6-month OR RN Residency Program that requires a high degree of commitment. This position is part of the Surgery Team at Community Hospital East, in Indianapolis, IN.
Exceptional Skills and Qualifications
-Graduate of National League for Nursing (NLN), Commission on Collegiate Nursing Education (CCNE), Accreditation Commission for Education in Nursing (ACEN), or National League for Nursing Commission for Nursing Education Accreditation (NLN CNEA) accredited school of nursing, or three years of related professional nursing experience
-Licensed as a Registered Nurse (RN) with a valid license to practice in the state of Indiana as listed in the Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC)
