REGISTERED NURSE - DIRECTOR OF NURSING

Description:

Burnett Medical Center is located in Grantsburg, WI, and is seeking a Registered Nurse to fill our long-term care Director of Nursing (DON) position to provide leadership for our rural nursing home.

SHIFT & HOURS: 40 hours a week, days

RESPONSIBILITIES:

The Director of Nursing is to plan, organize, develop, direct, coordinate, and evaluate the overall operations of the nursing home (Continuing Care Center - CCC) in accordance with current federal, state, and local standards.

Requirements:

Graduate of accredited School of Nursing.

Current license as a Registered Nurse in the State of Wisconsin.

Education or at least 2 years' experience in Nursing Service Administration.

Great customer service skills and a love of helping others.
