    What You'll Do

    Supervise and manage an assigned group of District Product Support Managers. Responsible for the profitable revenue growth of the company's parts and service business with the Develon network of dealers in North America. Responsible for technical assistance for assigned dealer regions.

    Manage a team of District Product Support Managers

    • Conduct performance evaluations, interviews, hiring, training, and development for the DPSM team.
    • Mentor and provide front-line support for the team.

    Guide parts and service growth for dealers in assigned regions.

    • Track incremental parts and service growth
    • Administer and control budget
    • Manage commercial policy budget,
    • Minimize the risk associated with dealer and customer issues

    Additional projects and responsibilities as assigned to best support team and company initiatives.

    Requirements:

    What You'll Need to be Successful

    • Education Required: Bachelor's degree strongly preferred
    • Experience Required: 5-10 years
    • Travel Required: 75% or more
    • Electrical, Hydraulics, Diesel Engines, Emissions, Troubleshooting & Diagnostics
    • Technical background
    • Interpersonal skills
    • Goal-oriented
    • Must have assertive negotiation skills with a demonstrated ability to persuade
