    Hyster-Yale Materials Handling, Inc, a world-class manufacturer of industrial lift trucks, has an outstanding opportunity for an exceptional and talented Regional Product Manager based at our Greenville, NC or Portland, OR.

    What you will do

    • Responsible for maximizing the impact of all assigned counterbalance products through their complete lifecycle.

    • Act as point of reference and subject matter expert for all sales staff product enquiries and for interaction with trade media and major customers.

    • Focus should be on in-field sales support and programs for each stage.

    • Ensure all training and communication material is introduced at the right time and with contents and messages to maximize the impact of the new product.

    • Consolidate messages and adapt approach to the market, based on feedback on product introduction and evolving market needs.

    • Fully understand evolving market needs, competitor developments and introduce appropriate commercial and product-based improvements to optimize sales.

    • Continue to understand market needs and develop a clear focus on high revenue and margin sections of product sales.

    • Self-Starter: You are proactive and able to work independently, driving product initiatives and improvements with minimal supervision.

    • Adaptable: You can consolidate feedback and adapt your approach to maximize product impact, continuously refining strategies based on market needs and sales performance.

    What you will need

    • Degree in Engineering or Marketing.

    • 5+ years developing Product and Marketing Solutions in an industrial environment.

    Skills, Experience & Abilities

    • Proven record of successful product management with clearly measured and achieved financial goals.

    • Full understanding of customer sales cycle.

    • Experience understanding technical details and converting into key power positions and solutions messages focused on the needs of each product user.

    • NOVO and NOMs experience are a plus.
