  • Job Summary:

    The Regional Operations Coordinator will provide support in all aspects of operations in the Southeast Region including but not limited to project management and special project execution, business performance analysis, purchasing support, fleet administrative support and miscellaneous business administration services to facilitate daily operations. This person will report to the Vice President of Operations and the Southeast Fleet Manager.

    Overview:

    The Regional Operations Coordinator will support the VP of Operations and Fleet Manager by managing and coordinating assigned tasks. They will serve as a point of contact for internal and potential external communications, as well as a point of contact internally on cross functional projects.

    Duties/Responsibilities:
    • Provides support and assistance to the Vice President of Operations and Fleet Manager and/or other assigned leadership staff
    • Performs operations support including vendor records, crew support, purchase orders entry, and fleet data management
    • Oversight of crew transfers and on-boarding support and liaison with Human Resources.
    • Schedules and attends meetings, taking notes and recording minutes
    • Receives incoming communication, reviews contents, determines importance, and summarizes and/or distributes contents to appropriate staff
    • Performs office tasks including maintaining records and ordering supplies
    • Performs additional duties as assigned by the Vice President of Operations and/or other assigned leadership staff
    • Maintains fleet database and works with Telematics team to improve data quality
    • Helps oversee the field crew's accurate use of production tracking and support communication on where improvements are needed in the field
    • Performs other related duties as assigned
    Required Skills/Abilities:

    • Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment
    • Extremely proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or similar software with the ability to learn new or updated software
    Education and Experience:
    • High school diploma required, Bachelor's degree
    Physical Requirements:
    • Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer

    On-Site 5 days a week. Expected 8 hours a day with flexibility between 7am and 5pm

    Compensation: $50,000-$55,000 – non-exempt


    Compensation details: 50000-55000 Hourly Wage
