    What You'll Do:

    National Health Care Associates, provider of high-quality long-term care and short-term rehabilitation services with skilled nursing facilities in the Northeast U.S., is seeking a Regional Labor Analyst for our centers in New England. This is a fantastic opportunity for the right candidate to join one of the premier healthcare organizations in the Northeast.

    The Regional Labor Analyst will act as "boots on the ground" labor management in the region, assisting in managing labor expense objectives to achieve corporate expense goals through effective labor management education, system training and policy implementation. The Analyst will work out of a home office and onsite at our 12 Centers in Maine (8), Vermont (2), New Hampshire (1), and Massachusetts (1). Based on residence location, this position may require overnight travel.

    Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

    • Gain an overall understanding of the various "pay rules" for each center inclusive of union locations with particular requirements.

    • Learn the intricate capabilities of the Scheduling and Time & Attendance software. SmartLinxFocus on premium hours usage by center, identify issues & work with center leadership to resolve.

    • Follow up training at the center level for Schedulers and Payroll/HR to effectively utilize the scheduling/time & attendance software and established labor management practices.

    • Provide ongoing support to corporate, regional & center staff to SmartLinx, labor management & PBJ (payroll-based journaling) issues.

    • Verify center Schedulers are performing their daily/weekly/monthly routines, provide additional training as needed.

    • Prepare weekly/monthly labor management reports to outline center results.

    • Prepare reports as needed.

    • Fill in for Scheduler vacancies as needed

    What You'll Bring:

    Qualifications

    • The successful candidate must come from the healthcare field and possess knowledge of payroll processes.

    • Must Have: willingness to travel as needed. Up to 4 days a per week.

    • Strong Healthcare (Nursing Home, Hospital, or Home Care) Scheduling Background would be a plus.

    • Assertive, A-Type Personality

    • Trainer Mindset

    • Self-motivated, self-starter, self-directed and able to work effectively with little day to day supervision.

    • Able to work effectively with all types of personalities.
