    What You'll Do:

    As a Regional Director of Business Development, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic business development plans, forging key partnerships, and cultivating relationships with referral sources, healthcare providers, and community stakeholders to expand our market presence and enhance our service offerings. Your work will be instrumental in driving revenue growth, fostering innovation, and advancing our mission of providing high-quality care to residents in need.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Develop and implement strategic business development plans and initiatives to drive growth, achieve revenue targets, and expand market share within the region, in alignment with organizational goals and objectives

    • Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and feasibility studies to identify opportunities for expansion, assess market trends, and inform strategic decision-making

    • Cultivate and nurture relationships with key stakeholders, including healthcare providers, hospitals, physicians, discharge planners, insurance companies, and community organizations, to generate referrals and partnerships

    • Identify, evaluate, and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and service lines to diversify revenue streams and meet the evolving needs of seniors and healthcare consumers

    • Develop and execute targeted sales and marketing strategies to promote our services, differentiate our brand, and drive customer acquisition, retention, and loyalty

    • Analyze revenue performance, pricing strategies, and payer mix trends to maximize reimbursement rates, optimize revenue cycles, and improve financial outcomes

    • Monitor and track key performance indicators (KPIs), sales metrics, and business development activities, providing regular reports and updates to senior leadership on progress, opportunities, and challenges

    What You'll Bring:

    Qualifications of a Regional Director of Business Development:

    • Bachelor's degree in business administration, Healthcare Administration, or related field; Master's degree preferred

    • Minimum of 7-10 years of progressive experience in healthcare business development, sales, or related field, preferably in the long-term care or senior living industry

    • Strong knowledge of long-term care regulations, reimbursement models, and market dynamics, with a proven track record of driving revenue growth and market expansion

    • Exceptional strategic planning, analytical, and negotiation skills, with the ability to identify opportunities, develop business cases, and execute initiatives to achieve measurable results

    • Demonstrated leadership abilities, including the ability to lead cross-functional teams, motivate staff, and foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and excellence

    • Flexibility to travel within the region and occasionally nationally as needed to attend meetings, conferences, and events
