Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute a strategic sales plan with clear short-term and long-term goals.
Drive a robust sales pipeline for commercial markets, ensuring consistent progress and measurable results.
Partner with Growth Market and Customer Development leaders to identify and pursue opportunities for profitable growth.
Lead, train, and develop the sales team, fostering a culture of excellence, consistency, and collaboration.
Provide ongoing coaching, performance management, and accountability.
Oversee onboarding processes to ensure team readiness and alignment with strategic goals.
Lead account management and "gameboard" strategies to enhance customer relationships and retention.
Serve as a model for developing strong, effective customer relationships.
Guide Regional Sales Managers and sales representatives in identifying and closing high-revenue bids.
Ensure compliance with Salesforce and Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) tools to maintain data accuracy and consistency.
Monitor project sourcing and progress, driving continuous improvement in processes.
Collaborate with Engineering, Operations, and Finance to align project timelines and material sourcing with client needs.
Represent BrandSafway at industry events, conferences, and client meetings to showcase products, services, and innovations.
Stay actively informed on industry trends and news to identify new opportunities.
Partner with senior leadership to align strategies with evolving market opportunities and organizational goals.
Collaborate with other divisions to leverage synergies and maximize success.
Ensure BrandSafway's Life Saving Rules are integrated into every project.
Qualifications:
5-7 years in B2B sales at the corporate level.
5+ years of commercial construction experience, scaffold, elevator, mast climber, and swing stage experience.
2-5 years leading and managing sales teams.
Proven expertise in strategic analysis and client research.
Strong organizational, time management, and communication skills (verbal and written).
Creative problem-solving abilities with a track record of driving revenue.
In-depth knowledge of the construction industry and its trends.
Ability to manage multiple high-priority tasks under tight deadlines.
BrandSafway offers a competitive benefits package that includes medical, dental, vision, life and disability insurance along with a generous 401k plan. Salary range for this position is $173,000 - $228,000 annually. This range represents the anticipated low and high end of the salary for this position.
