    Job Description

    Position Responsibilities

    • Provide consultative partnership to hiring managers with the focus on sourcing for hard-to-find skills and passive top talent at all levels

    • Experienced full life-cycle recruiting including, but not limited to sourcing, screening, qualifying, interviewing and candidate relationship management while guiding hiring managers and candidates through the selection process.

    • Manage competing demands, accept constructive feedback, while being extremely adaptable and flexible to changing business requirements.

    • Demonstrated ability to recruit for a broad/deep range of positions and handle sensitive and confidential information appropriately.

    • Ability to create and manage strategic alliances and drive the process.

    • Must demonstrate solid judgment, the ability to quickly learn systems, processes and procedures.

    Basic Qualifications (Required Skills & Experience)

    • Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent combination of education, training and experience

    • 5-8 years full cycle technical recruiting experience in a fast-paced and complex organization

    • Must have corporate recruiting experience, ideal candidate will have a combination of both corporate and agency/staffing experience

    • Proficient in sourcing passive talent utilizing various sourcing techniques and tools (Web search, LinkedIn, Boolean searches, etc.)

    • Successful track record of understanding technical job specs to effectively source talent

    • Experienced in negotiating and extending offers to candidates

    • Familiar with Workday or similar Applicant Tracking Systems

    • Experience in an Engineering and/or Aerospace and Defense company is preferred (ITAR requirements)

    • Strong follow through and documentation skills - email correspondence, ATS system notes, etc.

    • Proactive, organized, flexible, responsive and resourceful collaborative team player

    • Demonstrated experience working with cross-functional teams; ability to develop and maintain internal and external trusting, professional relationships

    • Computer skills with proficiency in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook), and CRM systems

    • Able to excel in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment where small teams share a broad variety of duties

    • Uses vision to think beyond the immediate situation, explore multiple potential paths, and adapt decision-making style based on the situational circumstances

    • Inspires, motivates, and empowers people to deliver organizational goals, while also delivering value back to employees

    • Brings organizational values to life using personality, uniqueness and the creation of a shared vision

    Physical Demands

    • Ability to work in an office environment (Constant)

    • Required to sit and stand for long periods; talk, hear, and use hands and fingers to operate a computer and telephone keyboard (Constant)
