Utilizing state of the art technology combined with great people, we design custom solutions for our clients. We are expanding our management team and are currently seeking candidates to recruit for one of our markets in Danbury, CT.

As a Recruiter, you will support 3 District Managers; recruiting for Security Officers; places announcements for openings; works with agencies and other sources of personnel to secure candidates; participates in job fairs; follows up on leads.

To be considered for the program, you will need to have the following experience and ability:

• High School Diploma or G.E.D.

• 2 years of related experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to perform the essential functions of the job, as determined by the company

• Comfortable conducting virtual and in-person interviews for multiple roles

• Highly professional and ethical with unquestioned integrity.

• Strong planning, organizing, and decision-making abilities.

• Conscientious and demonstrated initiative.

• Excellent interpersonal skills.

• Passion for the protection of business and an intense drive to impact financial targets, deliverables, and challenges.

Benefits

Depending on experience, Securitas will offer a starting salary of $52,000k-$54,000, in addition to a full benefit package that includes:
