Recruiter

Description

We are seeking a Recruiter for our team located in Memphis, Tennessee. This role involves recruiting for various corporate positions. This position offers a contract employment opportunity and includes a mix of in-office and remote work, with four days in the office and one day working from home.

Responsibilities

• Conduct recruitment efforts for all entry to mid-level corporate positions.

• Utilize various job boards and recruitment tools.

• Perform various HR functions related to recruitment, such as conducting background checks, processing documentation, and managing hiring processes.

• Use Microsoft Excel and About Time software for organizing and tracking recruitment efforts.

• Handle corporate recruiting, including sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and processing new hires.

• Collaborate with various departments, particularly Finance and store development, to understand their staffing needs and fill vacancies promptly.

• Ensure all recruitment activities align with company policies and legal compliance.

• Continuously improve the recruitment process to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.

• Maintain clear and regular communication with potential candidates, providing updates on their application status and answering any inquiries.

Requirements

• Proficiency in using Careerbuilder for talent hunting and candidate management

• Experience with Kronos Timekeeping System for tracking employee hours and schedules

• Strong skills in Microsoft Excel for data management and analysis

• Ability to conduct thorough background checks to ensure company safety and integrity

• Knowledge of various benefit functions and ability to administer them effectively

• Strong documentation skills to maintain accurate and comprehensive recruitment records

• Understanding of hiring processes and ability to streamline them for efficiency

• Experience in corporate recruiting, preferably in a similar industry or ro
