    Position Overview :

    The Recruiter will manage the full-cycle recruitment process for Securitas Security Services USA, Inc., identifying, attracting, and onboarding top talent. This role requires a proactive, highly organized individual with strong relationship-building skills, effective communication abilities, and creative sourcing strategies.

    Working closely with hiring managers, the Recruiter will develop sourcing plans to meet recruitment needs and ensure a positive candidate experience from initial contact through to final offer. This role will be based in our Westborough, MA location and will involve full-cycle recruiting.

    Benefits

    Depending on experience, Securitas will offer a salary of $25 per hour plus a great benefit package that includes:

    • Medical, dental, vision, and life insurance

    • 10 accrued vacation days, 4 person holidays, 6 sick days

    Key Responsibilities :

    • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and position requirements.

    • Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract top talent.

    • Manage the recruitment process, ensuring timely and efficient hiring practices.

    • Provide a positive and engaging candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey.

    • Work toward meeting company goals in a performance-driven culture focused on purpose, execution, and belonging.

    • Recruit and hire security officers to meet staffing needs.

    • Ensure compliance with state licensing requirements for all positions.

    • Represent the company at job fairs to attract qualified candidates.

    • Review applications and conduct both phone and in-person interviews.

    • Demonstrate exceptional organizational skills to manage recruitment processes effectively.

    Experience & Qualifications :

    • Strong negotiation and communication skills.

    • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

    • Familiarity with employment laws and regulations.

    • A minimum of two years' experience

    • Strong relationship-building and communication skills.

    • Ability to think creatively about sourcing and recruitment strategies.

    • Organized, self-motivated, and proactive in handling full-cycle recruitment.

    • Heavy recruiting experience

    • Highly professional and ethical with unquestioned integrity.

    • Strong planning, organizing, and decision-making abilities.

    • Conscientious and demonstrated initiative.

    • Excellent interpersonal skills.

    • Good interviewing skills.

    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
