Records Technician

Wage - $18.00 per hour

Schedule - Full Time, 8hr shifts, Monday - Friday

What you will be doing: You'll be responsible for clerical tasks, all computer system, and procedures related to student records administration within student records in compliance with government and management directives .

Essential functions:

1. Maintain responsibility for the daily operation of the student records computer system.

2. Perform duties including typing correspondence, form letters, accountability forms, student records, student pay, travel and clothing allowance forms, maximum benefit records, status reports and input and output forms.

3. Maintain files on department records, cards, forms, and correspondence sent, received, and/or requiring further actions.

4. Proofed records or forms; copy needed information from one record to another as required.

5. Respond to students and staff inquiries regarding class records.

Education and Experience Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent and two (2) years related experience required.

• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record required.
