Records Associate

Description

Robert Half has an opening for a long term contract employment opportunity for a meticulous Records Associate in Louisville, Kentucky. In this role, you will be tasked with creating and managing records, entering data into various databases, preparing files for offsite storage, scanning, and handling sensitive documents. The hours for the Records Associate are Monday-Friday, 8am - 4:30pm.

Responsibilities of the Records Associate

• Creating new files in accordance with our established procedures

• Entering and managing records in various databases

• Preparing and managing records for offsite storage as needed

• Locating and providing files upon request for use outside the department

• Handling sensitive and confidential documents with utmost discretion

• Working efficiently in a fast-paced team environment

• Ensuring accuracy and quality in all tasks

Requirements

• Comprehensive understanding of various procedures related to record keeping and management.

• Strong commitment to quality assurance in all aspects of work.

• Proficiency in scanning and electronically uploading of files/documents.

• Extensive knowledge of records management practices, including the creation, retrieval, and disposal of records.

• Ability to handle confidential documents with utmost discretion and in compliance with relevant regulations.

• Knowledge of Microsoft Office.
