Key Responsibilities

• Efficient Communication: Operate and manage a softphone system to handle incoming and outgoing calls professionally.

• Customer Records Management: Accurately update and maintain customer records, ensuring attention to detail.

• Customer Support: Resolve customer inquiries promptly with a focus on providing exceptional service.

• Account Oversight: Monitor customer accounts, ensuring compliance and addressing any issues proactively.

• Credit Application Processing: Review and process customer credit applications with precision and timeliness.

Requirements - Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact at all levels of personnel.

• Proficiency in using Softphones for managing incoming and outgoing calls.

• Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously, prioritizing workload as needed.

• Strong organizational skills, with keen attention to detail and problem-solving capabilities.

• Previous experience in a receptionist or similar customer service role.

• Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.

• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.

• Excellent time management skills and the ability to adapt to changes in a fast-paced environment.

• A high school diploma or equivalent; further training will be a plus.
