Responsibilities

• Greet and assist visitors in a professional and friendly manner.

• Answer and direct phone calls, handle inquiries, and take messages.

• Manage incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.

• Maintain a clean and organized reception area.

• Assist with administrative tasks and provide support to other departments as needed.

Requirements

• Prior experience as a Receptionist, Front Desk Representative, or in a similar role.

• Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.

• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
