Receptionist

Overview

• Ebenezer offers a robust compensation package with benefits and hourly wages ranging from $15.60 - $20 / hour. Wage determinations will be based on similar experience.

We are looking for a Receptionist to join our team in Richfield, MN! This position is responsible for providing general office management and support to staff and tenants/residents. Ensures coverage of reception area. This administrative schedule includes;

• 48 hours every two weeks

• Part time, Evening shifts; 3 PM - 11 PM

• Includes every weekend (Friday, Saturday & Sunday)

Responsibilities/Job Description

• Functions as receptionist for the building and provides clerical support to staff

• Facilitates communication among staff and tenants/residents

• Provide marketing support as requested

• Performs other duties as required by the specific housing community

Qualifications

Required:

• One to three years of previous experience

• Strong customer service orientation and interpersonal skills

Preferred:

• Vocational/Technical Training or Associate Degree

• Three to five years of previous experience

• Basic word processing skills
