  • Essential Functions
    • Answer calls in a professional, friendly and efficient manner
    • Ability to provide basic dealership information to callers with general inquiries
    • Strive to minimize the amount of time a customer spends on hold
    • Process sales and service department tickets
    • Assists with administrative tasks as needed
    • Receive cash, checks and credit card payments from customers
    • Reconcile cash drawer and credit card batch at the end of shift
    • Scan and prepare paperwork for accounting as needed
    • Issue refunds following approval process
    • Issue Receipts for Down payments, Ordered Units, Cash Deals
    • Checking Car Deals IN & OUT- Nightly Check of deals that aren't returned.
    • Checking out Dealer Plates, Nightly check of any plates not Returned.
    • FedEx Shipping
    • File car deals, Stock in Keys
    • Incoming and Outgoing Mail
    • Call customers for Refund checks/ When Plates are ready to be picked up.
    Position Requirements
    • Excellent communication, listening and organizational skills.
    • Maintain a professional, respectable and well-groomed appearance.
    • Possess a courteous, friendly and outgoing demeanor.
    • Ability to speak and communicate clearly.
    • Ability to work well with the public
    • High school Diploma or equivalent
    • Ability to read and comprehend written instructions and information
    • Ability to operate a multi-line switchboard
    • Ability to work in a technology-oriented environment
    Weekend Availability A MUST
