Receiver/Window Attendant

Our client, a leader in the manufacturing industry, is seeking a Receiver/Window Attendant to join their team. As a Receiver/Window Attendant, you will be part of the operations team supporting production maintenance. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, effective communication abilities, and excellent time management which will align successfully in the organization.

What's the Job?

• Inventory Stocking: Ensure all inventory items are properly labeled and shelved in the correct location.

• Inventory Picking: Retrieve requested parts from the inventory room for maintenance staff during shift operations.

• Cycle Counting: Accurately count and record inventory items, investigating discrepancies as needed.

• Interplant Transfers: Coordinate the request and shipping logistics for items not stocked locally.

• Housekeeping: Maintain a clean work area and ensure safety by correcting improperly stored items.

What's Needed?

• High School diploma or equivalent GED, or 5 years of work experience in a related field.

• Background in inventory management, preferably in an industrial manufacturing environment.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).

• Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks based on daily needs.

• Ability to lift 35 pounds and work a rotating shift schedule.
