Reagent Manufacturing Technician

Job purpose

• The Reagent Manufacturing Technician position is responsible for performing manufacturing activities in compliance with company procedures and external regulatory requirements as directed by department management
• Formulate, test, dispense and package solutions.

Duties and responsibilities

• Manufacture bulk materials and dispense products following established standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Perform quality tests following established QC protocols and document the results.
• Maintain batch records, equipment logs and other production records as directed per company procedures.
• Print and apply labels to product containers.
• Maintain a clean an orderly laboratory environment.
• Other tasks as assigned

Qualifications

• Associate's degree in a related field and 1 year of experience working in manufacturing.
• Limited experience with formulation and liquid handling
• Experience running documented procedures

Qualifications and Experience Preferred:

• Experience working with quality systems
• Experience working with quality documentation including batch records, maintenance logs, NCRs, CAPAs, etc.
• Experience working with excel
