    Job Description : The RAM Equipment Sustaining Manager will direct area equipment owners in the installation, qualification, and availability of fab measurement tools. They will also drive improvement efforts for equipment performance and cost of ownership.

    Key Responsibilities :

    • Safety & Quality Management

    • Communication & Collaboration with Process, Integration and Operations

    • Technical/Data Analysis

    • Project Management/Planning

    • Performance Management

    • Fab Performance

    A strong candidate will have :

    • Proven ability to lead a technical team

    • Advanced understanding of the physics and engineering principles utilized by semiconductor Inspection and Metrology equipment

    • Advanced PC skills including a familiarity with MS Office Word, Excel, PowerPoint, MICAP, Ariba, and MAXIMO

    • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to efficiently organize teams and projects

    • A demonstrated understanding of MSA certification requirements and industry standard

    Education & Experience :

    • Required: B.S. in applicable engineering field or 4 years experience in semiconductor manufacturing/engineering

    • Preferred: Previous leadership experience.

    Special Necessities :

    • Must be able to work in a cleanroom environment

    • May be required to work in areas with excessive noise

    • May be required to work in a confined area
