Job Title: Engineering Technician

Job Description

We are seeking an Engineering Technician responsible for running tests and performing set ups, maintaining equipment, running reports, and helping run machines to create products. The role involves preparing and building samples, supporting the manufacturing process, and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives. You will assist the Engineering team with layout changes and process improvements, support the setup of new work cells by ordering tools, equipment, and materials, and install and configure equipment.

This is a contract position with a duration of 12 Month(s).

Work Site

This is a fully on-site position in Cleveland, Ohio.

Work Environment

70% on the floor, 20% at desk (creating labels and emailing engineers), 10% internal meetings. Work schedule is 7am-3pm or 8am-4pm. The team comprises 5 other members. Day-to-day activities include assembling helmets and accessories such as chin straps and foam pads, holding fabric lines and making changes, determining dimensions, ensuring correct bench placement, and prepping 3D printing models.
