  • Our client in the medical industry is seeking a PART TIME Quality Technician I to join their team. As a Quality Technician I, you will be part of the Complaint Investigation Site (CIS) supporting product returns. The ideal candidate will have good organizational skills, be self-motivated, and have experience in lab settings.

    Job Title: Quality Technician I (part time)

    Location: Arden Hills, MN

    Pay Range: $27.30/hour

    What's the Job?

    • Receive product returns in Global Complaint Management System

    • Perform Decontamination of return product per Work Instructions

    • Track and order supplies for laboratory

    • Dispose of bio-hazardous materials per procedure

    • Participate in continuous improvement projects

    • Assist in the investigation and disposition of NCEPs and CAPAs

    What's Needed?

    • High school degree/equivalent with 3 years experience, or an equivalent combination of education/work experience

    • Lab experience

    • Knowledgeable in Quality System Regulations, Medical Device Directive and ISO13485 Quality Standards.

    • Proficient in technical writing skills and communications

    • Proficient computer skills using Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Outlook, Word, and Excel.
