The Quality Control Lead is responsible for overseeing the quality assurance operations in the manufacturing process, particularly in thermal forming. Responsibilities

• Quality Assurance Management:

• Develop and implement quality control processes and procedures specific to thermal forming.

• Monitor production processes to ensure they meet quality standards.

• Conduct regular inspections of products and materials to identify defects or deviations from specifications.

• Team Leadership:

• Lead and supervise a team of quality control inspectors and technicians.

• Provide training and support to team members on quality control methods and best practices.

• Foster a culture of continuous improvement and accountability within the team.

• Documentation and Reporting:

• Maintain detailed records of inspections, tests, and quality assurance activities.

• Prepare and present reports on quality metrics, highlighting areas for improvement.

• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
