Quality Assurance Analyst

Description We are offering an exciting opportunity for a Quality Assurance Analyst in Houston, Texas. The individual will be involved in a range of tasks within the tech industry, including Android Development, Atlassian Jira, Bug Tracking, Integration Testing, Jenkins, and AB Testing. As a Quality Assurance Analyst, you will be integral to our team's success, ensuring our products meet the highest standards of quality and reliability.

Responsibilities

• Conducting quality assurance audits and implementing corrective actions

• Utilizing Atlassian Jira for project management and bug tracking

• Conducting Integration Testing to ensure seamless performance across platforms

• Working with Android Development to improve product quality and user experience

• Using Jenkins for continuous integration and continuous delivery of projects

• Implementing AB Testing to compare versions of our product and improve performance

• Operating within an Agile Scrum environment to deliver projects on schedule

• Providing exceptional customer service in a call center setting

• Assisting with Point of Sale (POS) related queries and issues. Requirements

• Proficiency in Android Development is crucial for the role

• Prior experience with Atlassian Jira is highly desirable

• Proven skills in Bug Tracking are required

• Familiarity with Integration Testing is necessary

• Experience with Jenkins is a significant advantage

• Knowledge of AB Testing is essential

• Ability to work in Agile Scrum environments is required

• Experience in Auditing is a plus

• Prior work in Call Center Customer Service is beneficial

• Excellent Customer Service skills are a must

• Familiarity with POS - Point of Sale systems is advantageous
