QIDP is responsible for the overall programming needs of the client, quality assurance of services, and meeting ICF-ID Federal Regulation requirements.

Intermediate Care Facility (ICF-ID) Location will include 6-8 Residents

Duties Include:

• Initial Assessment / Intakes of participants with intellectual disabilities
• Development of IPP
• Program Writing (Behavioral and ADL)
• Medication Consent Management
• Participate in monthly Quality Assurance Meetings
• Monitor, train and develop staff.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in professional category as specified in federal regulations.

1. Two or more years of Direct Service experience.

1. At least one year of Supervisory experience

1. Background Check Clearance from Department of Health and Welfare

Compensation details: 50000-70000 Yearly Salary
