QA Engineer

Our client in the Financial Services industry is seeking a QA Engineer to join their team. As a QA Engineer, you will be part of the Quality Assurance department supporting multiple teams. The ideal candidate will have excellent leadership skills, a strong understanding of software testing methodologies, and experience with test automation tools.

What's the Job?

• Lead and mentor QA team members, fostering a culture of quality and continuous improvement.

• Define and implement quality assurance processes, best practices, and metrics.

• Develop and execute comprehensive test plans and strategies based on project requirements.

• Oversee the design, development, and execution of automated and manual test cases.

• Collaborate with developers, product managers, and stakeholders to ensure alignment on quality goals.

What's Needed?

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

• Proven experience as a QA Lead or Senior QA Engineer with leadership responsibilities.

• Strong knowledge of software testing methodologies, tools, and processes.

• Hands-on experience with test automation tools (e.g., Selenium, TestNG, Cypress) and frameworks.

• Proficiency in bug tracking and test management tools (e.g., Jira, TestRail).
