QA Engineer

Description

We are offering an exciting opportunity in Lexington, Kentucky for a Quality Assurance Analyst. We are seeking a diligent individual to work in a dynamic environment. This role focuses on maintaining the quality of our software products through rigorous testing and ensuring any bugs or issues are swiftly addressed.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute test cases to diagnose issues and bugs, creating test data as necessary.

• Implement automation tools and frameworks.

• Communicate with the development team to ensure consistent project execution.

• Identify any potential quality issues and escalate these issues to management.

• Incorporate SQL for testing databases efficiently and effectively.

• Conduct regular software audits.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure quality throughout the software development lifecycle.

• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the latest testing tools and strategies.

• Participate in application planning meetings.

• Support and participate in the continuous improvement of testing methods, processes, and environments.

Requirements

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Quality Assurance Analyst or similar role in a professional setting.

• Knowledge and experience in Automation testing.

• Proficiency in SQL for querying and managing data.

• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

• Strong understanding of QA methodologies, tools, and processes.

• Experience in writing clear, concise, and comprehensive test plans and test cases.

• Ability to work effectively in a team setting.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Ability to meet deadlines and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

MUST BE WILLING TO WORK ON-SITE 3 DAYS/WEEK IN LEXINGTON, KY.
