    We are offering an opportunity for a Purchase Specialist in the Manufacturing industry. Located in Philadelphia, PA, this role is pivotal in managing and executing various administrative tasks in support of our asset sales operations. This role will require a keen understanding of sales processes, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

    Responsibilities

    • Ensure adherence to existing service level agreements and program agreements.

    • Accurately distribute requests to appropriate remarketers in a timely manner.

    • Manage multiple team email boxes, ensuring timely distribution of all requests.

    • Conduct reconciliation of unapplied cash for accurate posting and accounting.

    • Process checks applications accurately and promptly, including terminations, large family, continue to bill, consignments.

    • Conduct account reconciliations when necessary for accurate invoicing and delinquency.

    • Review, research and resolve any receipts related to Continue to Bill (Non-Returned Equipment or WOP).

    • Review and document all incoming mail promptly.

    • Distribute and report on all correspondence, including basic contract and vendor information.

    • Answer all overflow calls as presented by phone queue, handling high volume at times.

    • Generate and track Missing and Damaged invoices (Inventory), reconcile and update inventory reports.

    • Provide support for any staffing shortages in both Lessee and Inventory Asset Sales.

    Requirements

    • Proven experience in a Purchase & Sales Specialist role in the Manufacturing industry

    • Exceptional customer service skills

    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suites, including Word and Excel

    • Experience with invoice creation and management

    • Ability to conduct thorough research and review data for accuracy

    • Familiarity with email correspondence and phone presence for client interactions

    • Knowledge of workstation support and backup technologies

    • Experience in collection processes and reconciliations

    • Ability to handle terminations, refund requests, and delinquencies

    • Experience in handling missing invoices

    • Strong skills in receipt management and attendance tracking

    • Familiarity with staffing processes
