Property Managment Specialist

Located in Memphis, TN (Hybrid)

As the Property Management Project Supervisor at AutoZone, you'll lead the Lease Document Management Team. Your responsibilities include supervising the team, reviewing complex lease documents, and advising on document identification. You'll ensure the security of real estate files, enforce record retention policies, and code critical documents for easy retrieval. Additionally, you'll lead the migration of legal documents to electronic storage systems.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the Lease Document Management Team, ensuring efficient identification and review of complex lease documents.

• Coach the team in identifying various commercial real estate document types and prepare them for electronic scanning.

• Serve as the custodian of real estate files and respond to requests for information.

• Enforce record and retention policies to secure company real estate files.

• Classify and code critical real estate documents for easy retrieval by key departments.

• Lead the migration of legal documents to electronic storage systems.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Real Estate or Paralegal Studies, or equivalent experience.

Prefer Juris Doctor degree; otherwise, a minimum of 5 years of experience in reviewing commercial real estate documents.
