We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Property Manager to oversee the daily operations of our properties. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in property management, excellent communication skills, and a passion for providing exceptional customer service. 

Responsibilities:

• Manage all aspects of the property, including leasing, maintenance, and tenant relations 

• Ensure that all properties are well-maintained and meet safety standards 

• Develop and implement property management plans and budgets 

• Maintain accurate records of all property-related transactions and activities 

• Respond to tenant inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner 

• Conduct regular property inspections to identify and address any issues 

• Negotiate and manage contracts with vendors and service providers 

• Develop and maintain positive relationships with tenants, vendors, and other stakeholders 

• Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal laws and regulations 

Requirements:

• Professional degree and certifications preferred 

• Minimum of 3 years’ relevant experience 

• Strong knowledge of property management principles and practices 

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills 

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team 

• Strong organizational and time management skills 

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and property management software (Yardi) 

• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
