  • Description We are seeking a Property Administrator to join our team in Fremont, California. In this role, you will be responsible for the overall operation of the property, ensuring that all procedures and programs are implemented for a well-maintained building. Your duties will also encompass compliance with all applicable regulatory agencies and federal, state, and local laws.

    Responsibilities

    • Ensure consistent application of property rules and regulations, lease documents and report all violation.

    • Process, complete and maintain accurate resident files at move-in and at each recertification within established regulatory guidelines.

    • Conduct recruiting, hiring and termination process as well as training and evaluation of all staffs.

    • Ensure site staff responds to all resident requests or complaints in a timely, efficient and courteous manner.

    • Complete work orders and turnover of vacant units in a timely manner.

    • Responsible for program compliance such as HUD, TCAC, Home Program, RHCP, CAL HFA. AHP, etc.

    • Obtain appropriate documentation, complete certifications and collect deposits and rents in accordance with program policies and procedures.

    • Work in a fast-paced environment with the ability to prioritize assignments to meet deadlines.

    • Utilize knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook in day-to-day tasks. Experience with Boston Post software is a plus.

    This role offers a short-term contract employment opportunity. Requirements - Proven experience in a Property Administrator role or similar position.

    • Proficiency in MS Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.

    • Excellent customer service skills and a customer-centric approach.

    • Strong verbal and written communication skills.

    • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.

    • Familiarity with property management software is advantageous.

    • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.

    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

    • Knowledge of property regulations and laws is a plus.

    • High school diploma or equivalent required; a degree in real estate or related field is preferred.
