Property & Maintenance Technician

Our client is seeking a Property & Maintenance Technician to join their team. As a Property & Maintenance Technician, you will be part of the Facilities Department supporting local properties. The ideal candidate will have attention to detail, strong communication skills, and the ability to follow instructions, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Property & Maintenance Technician

Location: Savannah, GA

Pay Range: $16.00/hour

What's the Job?

• 8:00 a.m- 4:30 p.m working hours

• Perform basic repairs and preventative maintenance on properties.

• Assist maintenance staff with tasks, including electrical, plumbing, and carpentry support.

• Maintain inventory of maintenance supplies and ensure accurate documentation of activities.

• Respond to maintenance requests and coordinate with supervisors and staff.

What's Needed?

• Basic mechanical knowledge and experience using hand tools.

• Physical ability to lift heavy objects and perform repetitive tasks.

• Strong attention to detail and the ability to identify potential maintenance issues.

• Good communication skills for reporting and collaboration.

• Ability to plan, organize, and execute projects within defined budgets and timelines.
