    Responsibilities

    The Project Specialist, Sports Campaign Ops, is a dynamic, communicative, and highly organized individual. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing support to the campaign team responsible for campaign development from strategy to creative production for Peacock Sports Content.

    This position requires tangible campaign planning and production management skills across one or all of video, print, digital and events. Exceptional communication and prioritization skills required. Interest in and knowledge of sports strongly preferred.

    This position will report to the Sr. Project Manager of Campaign Ops (Sports) and will be a key stakeholder to creative, social, press and marketing teams within the Peacock Marketing organization, as well as external agencies and freelancers. Team-player mentality, commitment to building team culture, and working in a startup environment are an absolute must.

    • Project coordinate all facets of campaign planning and creative development from briefing to creative development for Peacock Sports campaigns.

    • Understand project planning, actions, and timelines.

    • Responsible for agenda-setting and dissemination of information on campaign-specific initiatives.

    • Responsible for onboarding vendors and managing invoices.

    • Must have experience with project management systems and tools - AirTable knowledge preferred.

    Qualifications/Requirements

    • Knowledge of project management methodologies, and an ability to use the right method for the task and situation.

    • Excellent written and verbal communications, ability to tailor to all levels of an organization

    • Strong leadership skills, with the proven ability to coordinate team members across teams and locations

    • Ability to thrive in a high-paced environment with a startup mentality.

    Desired Characteristics

    • 3+ years' experience working on production centric projects

    • Self-starter, able to consistently deliver without requiring significant oversight and direction.

    • Highly collaborative, able to build mutually beneficial relationships with delivery teams.

    • Comfortable with uncertainty, but with the drive to establish order and structure.

    • Keen understanding of how to consistently "move the ball forward" in varied circumstances.

    • Ability and desire to continually learn

    • Culture carrier with leadership skills to drive, deliver, develop and inspire

    Hybrid: This position has been designated as hybrid, generally contributing from the office a minimum of three days per week.

    Salary Range: $65,000 - $75,000
