  • Adecco is assisting one of their top clients with their search to fill a Project Specialist role. Location: Arden Hills, MN Hybrid 3 days in the office. Hours: Monday - Friday 8am-4:30pm Wages based on education and experience up to $41.79/hr Duration: 1 year contract Education: BA Degree requested and 1-2 years of experience.

    Work directly with the field action team leads to assist with Project Specialist activities including

    • Managing the field action process.
    • Handling project goals, monitor progress, ensure timely completion of all tasks.
    • Assist with Recalls/removals.
    • Be aware of all Safety alerts.
    • Review and tracking of Customer notifications.
    • Assist with Field corrections.

    Key Responsibilities

    1. Following up with customers on field action communications.

    2. Execute broad mailings for US based actions.

    3. Good-faith effort follow-up via email / phone call.

    4. Issuing Returned Goods authorizations (RGAs) for field action product.

    5. Support project teams in the use of Microsoft Office Suite and other select technologies.

    Qualifications

    • 1 - 2 years exp with BA degree.

    • Strong communication skills.

    • Attention to detail.

    • Execute the tasks and follow up.

    • Ability to work with minimal supervision.

    Pay Details: $41.79 per hour
