  • Job Description

    The Project & Process Manager (PPM) plays a vital role in supporting the Project & Process Director and the Collegiate Hospitality Growth team to achieve sales goals for Aramark Higher Education. This role is predominantly focused on project management (75%) with additional responsibilities in Salesforce support (25%)

    The PPM will lead and manage pursuit processes, ensuring efficient proposal mapping and execution of assigned projects. This includes coordinating with sellers, the BRC, and other internal stakeholders to achieve growth objectives. Collaborating with sales and retention directors, the PPM will ensure projects are completed within timelines, monitor deliverable completion, and manage project closure using standard project management methodologies. Additionally, the PPM will support pursuit presentations by coordinating resources and managing onsite logistics. The ideal candidate will be adept at managing multiple projects, proactively maintaining timelines, updating team members on progress, and ensuring adherence to deadlines.

    The Project & Process Manager reports to the Project & Process Director.

    Job Responsibilities

    • Lead the project management of sales proposals, including process mapping and execution.

    • Create, organize, and implement project plans (using Excel or Smartsheet)

    • Transfer RFP requirements to project plans, incorporating strategy and value proposition elements.

    • Communicate project needs and goals with DBDs/DSPs.

    • Schedule meetings and set deadlines for deliverables.

    • Coordinate with pursuit working groups to ensure timely project completion.

    • Track and report project progress, maintaining communication with DBDs/DSPs.

    • Create project timelines aligned with RFP requirements and overarching timelines.

    • Provide presentation planning support, including project plan creation, onsite logistics, and managing administrative resources (hotel reservations, meal planning, conference room booking, etc.).

    • Act as the liaison between Collegiate Hospitality and the Salesforce team, communicating business needs and supporting solution development.

    • Develop tools, resources, and reports to enable effective utilization and analysis of Salesforce data for DBDs, DSPs, and Growth leadership.

    • Serve as the Salesforce subject matter expert, advising on reports, dashboards, and analytical tools.

    Required Skills

    • Familiarity with Collegiate Hospitality retention, new sales, and growth-related sales tools, including Salesforce.

    • Effective relationship-building with internal business partners.

    • Strong problem-solving skills, including navigating challenges and planning contingencies.

    • Excellent internal communication, both written and verbal.

    • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

    Qualifications

    • A minimum of two years of experience in project management or administrative assistance.

    • Proficiency in management software, including Smartsheet.

    • Ability to work under pressure with minimal supervision and thrive in a team environment.

    • Willingness to travel up to 20% . Relocation is not required.
