    Overall Job Summary

    The Digital Project Manager will support the build of a new programs within the digital space at TSC. The role will work closely with supply chain, merchant/buyer groups, store operations, product, and strategy teams to manage the growth of said new program. The role will also drive growth by understanding the desired E2E digital customer experience, gaps to achieving that experience, proposing risk mitigation strategies for complex problems, influencing stakeholders (verbally and in writing), and delivering results.

    Essential Duties and Responsibilities (Min 5%)

    • Manage end to end support of all phases of new programs/projects within the digital space. This includes but is not limited to project identification, development, definition of scope and requirements, business approach, financials (budgets and business cases), schedules, deliverables, and issue resolution.

    • Define and implement initiatives to drive improvements department wide.

    • Plan and control the execution of all digital business and administrative functions of the assigned program, project, or sub-task.

    • Identify workflow inefficiencies and work to formulate and implement operational improvements. Develop and ensure success metrics/KPIs for projects are achieved. This includes refining the digital roadmap to ensure future projects align with strategic goals in order to drive success.

    • Drive communications and alignment between cross functional teams during all projects and ensures successful execution of projects that impact other TSC teams including Customer Solution Center, Omni Channel Operations, Store organization, Marketing and other teams ensuring responsible use of corporate resources and assets as it relates to the digital roadmap.

    • Define/monitor success metrics that identify opportunities within the program and take steps to proactively rectify those opportunities. Use business analytics and customer experience insights to develop the digital roadmap, clearly identifying the projects needed to drive accelerated growth in content, commerce, and community in support of the overall strategy.

    • Build strong relationships and collaboration with executive sponsors, cross functional teams, Digital steering committee members, and other partners.

    Required Qualifications

    Experience: 4+ years of experience driving continuous improvement, 2+ years program/project management experience; 2+ years of cross functional project leadership.

    Education: Bachelor's degree, BA or BS in IT, Finance, Business, or related field. Master's degree or MBA in business, operations, product, or related field preferred. Any suitable combination of education and experience will be considered.

    Professional Certifications:

    Preferred knowledge, skills or abilities

    • Ability and effectiveness in successfully managing multiple projects of various sizes.

    • Proficiency in MS Office Suite.

    • Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements

    • Experience driving business strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership

    • Basic knowledge of data analytics tools (SQL, Power BI, Tableau)

    • Detail oriented

    • Strong Communication skills (verbal and written)
