    Job Title: Project Manager

    Location: Columbus, OH

    Job Type: 12+ Month Contract-to-Hire

    Job Summary:

    As a Project Manager, you will lead complex projects from inception to completion, ensuring that deliverables are met within the established scope, budget, and timeline. You will collaborate across various departments, manage stakeholder relationships, and drive continuous improvement through effective project management practices.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Proposal Development: Create comprehensive project proposals and estimates, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and quality standards.

    • Quality Reviews: Conduct project quality reviews to ensure all deliverables meet established criteria and client expectations.

    • Project Tracking: Utilize project management tools to forecast, plan, estimate, and track project delivery and budget performance.

    • Oversight and Leadership: Provide oversight for project performance, including cost, scope, schedule, and quality, while guiding technical leadership in achieving project goals.

    • Process Execution: Manage the entire project lifecycle, from requirements definition through development, testing, and final delivery of the solution.

    • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Facilitate collaboration across multiple functions, departments, and levels, promoting teamwork and a positive working environment.

    • Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary liaison between the Customer, IT Environment Providers, and Service Provider Personnel, ensuring clear communication and understanding of project objectives.

    • Status Reporting: Coordinate and provide timely status reports on project stability, compliance with technical standards, and alignment with PMO processes and methodologies.

    • Team Management: Determine and communicate team assignments, directing and monitoring work efforts to achieve project goals effectively.

    • Leadership Reporting: Provide regular status updates to Service Provider and Customer leadership teams regarding potential impacts to scope, budget, risk, and resources.

    Qualifications:

    Experience: Minimum of 7 years of project management experience, preferably in the energy or utility sector.

    Certifications: PMP, Agile, or equivalent project management certification preferred.

    Skills:

    • Proficient in project management software and tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, JIRA).

    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

    • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.

    • Strong leadership skills and ability to motivate teams.
