Description
We are seeking a Project Manager III (Senior) to join our team in Massachusetts. This role involves leading the entire project lifecycle, from definition to implementation, ensuring scope, cost, schedule, and quality measures are met. You will be responsible for developing project plans, driving project milestones, and establishing an effective communication plan with project teams and key stakeholders. This role requires excellent oral and written communications, interpersonal negotiation, project planning, judgment, leadership, decision-making, analysis, and problem-solving skills.
Lead and manage the entire project lifecycle, from project definition through implementation
Ensure all project scope, cost, schedule, and quality measures are met
Develop project plans and drive project milestones
Establish an effective communication plan with the project team and key stakeholders
Provide day-to-day direction to project resources
Manage effective change throughout the course of the project
Prepare documentation, status reports, and budgets
Use specialized knowledge of MS Project, Visio, Excel, Word to manage and track the project
Exhibit a high degree of creativity, self-motivation, and commitment to tasks
Identify key issues and structure problems independently
Balance big picture implications with details around a specific problem
Identify conflicts in project schedules and work to resolve discrepancies
Lead and motivate cross-functional teams and interact with all levels
Apply judgment and common sense to develop pragmatic solutions and plans.
Requirements - Demonstrated skills in effective communication and leadership
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Extensive experience in project management and planning processes
Strong negotiation and decision-making abilities
Proven track record in budget processes and quality control
Proficient in English and Spanish languages
Experience in stakeholder management and business partnership development
Knowledgeable in change management and agreement processes
Ability to create and manage project timelines and milestones
Demonstrated creativity in problem-solving and implementation strategies
Proficient in documentation and project planning
