The Exploitation Operations team builds and manages product processes that support, defend, and protect our global community. Required Skills:
Project Manager, Content and Integrity Operations, Exploitation Problems Responsibilities:
Deliver projects involving quantitative analysis, industry research, and strategy development, working directly with global cross-functional teams to implement next-generation community experiences through process, policy, and product improvements
Manage and improve day-to-day operations against quality and efficiency targets in a highly dynamic and fast-paced environment
Analyze data to identify user trends and malicious behavior and suggest recommendations to improve operations
Use problem solving skills to resolve large and complex business problems
Develop a deep understanding of content integrity issues, specifically Exploitation issues and how they affect our community and products
Lead investigations and resolve issues that are escalated to the team regarding potentially abusive content or real-world threats
Help create scalable policies and processes to solve complex business problems and ensure the safety of the community
Build strong cross-functional partnerships to create better solutions for our community and users
Address sensitive content issues, including but not limited to graphic images, videos and writings, offensive or derogatory language, and other objectionable material
This role may involve exposure to potentially graphic and/or objectionable content including but not limited to graphic images, videos, audio and writings, offensive or derogatory language, and other potential objectionable material, i.e. child exploitation, graphic violence, self-injury, animal abuse, and other content which may be considered offensive or disturbing.
Minimum Qualifications:
8+ years of work experience in role involving strategic/analytical initiatives (project management, consulting experience, data analysis or technical systems) and/or customer operations
Effective communication skills
Experience communicating with and influencing a variety of audiences, including engineering and technical teams
Experience managing and prioritizing projects end-to-end across various stakeholders and functions
Demonstrable experience using sound judgment and exhibiting grace under pressure
Ability to work with potentially graphic and objectionable content.
Preferred Qualifications:
Avid user of our Meta products
Strategic thinker with analytical and creative problem-solving skills
Knowledge of other programming languages, e.g. Python, R
2+ years of experience working with data tools such as SQL, SAS, and data visualization (e.g. Tableau) tools
Bachelor's Degree
Public Compensation:
$116,000/year to $168,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits
