Project Manager

Description We are offering a contract for a Project Manager position in Carrollton, Texas, in the Service industry. As a Project Manager, your role will involve handling a wide array of tasks, from administrative duties to project management, and collaborating closely with our current team to ensure a consistent level of excellence in all of our projects.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to the creation and distribution of proposals and bids

• Manage administrative tasks for both new and ongoing projects

• Oversee the processing, distribution, and editing of all Project Contracts and Change Orders, both Owner and Subcontractor

• Establish and manage electronic files

• Create and distribute letters, memos, reports, and other correspondence in a timely manner

• Compile all necessary project documents for the end of Project Manual for Owner (Closeout)

• Handle orders and reports as required and requested by company personnel

• Facilitate communication between office personnel and others such as other company offices, subcontractors, clients, field personnel, etc.

• Perform photocopying, filing, and emailing tasks

• Provide support to receptionist duties as needed Requirements - Demonstrable proficiency in Atlassian Jira

• Strong understanding and experience with Cloud Technologies

• Proven experience in CRM (Customer Relationship Management)

• Knowledge and experience in ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning)

• Familiarity with IBM software and platforms

• Experience with About Time project management software

• Agile Scrum certification or equivalent experience

• Understanding of budget processes in a project context

• Superior communication skills, both written and verbal

• Prior experience in construction or similar industries
