Project Executive

Our client, a leader in HVAC & plumbing systems design, construction, retrofit, repair, and 24/7 emergency service for commercial and industrial properties throughout No. California is seeking a Project Executive to join their team. As a Project Executive, you will be part of the Sales and Project Management Teams, supporting Construction, Tenant Improvement, and Retrofit projects. The ideal candidate will have 5 yrs. experience in HVAC and Sales and a proven track record in HVAC project management which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Project Executive

Location: San Jose, California

Pay Range: $160k - $180K +commission and bonus potential

What's the Job?

• Develop solid business relationships with clients to ensure future work.

• Overall financial accountability and responsibility for all projects and team members.

• Provide supervision, leadership, and coordination of all departmental efforts including Engineering, Purchasing, Accounting, Construction and Service during project construction in a timely manner.

• Perform all functions required to promote and finalize sales including estimating, conceptual design, proposal writing, presentations, and contract negotiations and review.

• Maintain cordial relationships with all clients, vendors, subcontractors and the industry.

What's Needed?

• 5+ years' experience managing HVAC construction projects.

• 5+ years' experience in sales, estimating, design and management of projects from $50K - $25+ million.

• BS in Mechanical Engineering or Construction Management preferred but not required.

• A proven track record in HVAC project management.

• Strong presentation skills, oral/written communication, time management and organizational skills.
