    Work you'll do

    • Support business analysis and quality assurance testing for a public assistance enrollment project

    • Leverage expertise in enrollment and eligibility systems to support project objectives

    • Identify opportunities for efficiencies in work process and innovative approaches to completing scope of work

    • Participate in team problem solving efforts and offer ideas to solve client issues

    • Conduct relevant research, data analysis, and create reports.

    • Maintain responsibility for completion and accuracy of work products and prioritize workload

    • Assist in proposal development, as requested

    • Develop contract deliverables using the following tools: word processing, spreadsheet, presentation creation tools, internet research tools

    • Actively expand consulting skills and professional development through training courses, mentoring, and daily interaction with clients

    Qualifications

    Required

    • Completed Bachelor's degree in a relevant field

    • 5 years of relevant experience, to include experience supporting testing for public assistance eligibility software implementations

    • Limited sponsorship may be available (please confirm whether this is the correct phrasing)

    • Ability to travel 10%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve

    Preferred

    • Advanced degree in a related field
