Work you'll do
Support business analysis and quality assurance testing for a public assistance enrollment project
Leverage expertise in enrollment and eligibility systems to support project objectives
Identify opportunities for efficiencies in work process and innovative approaches to completing scope of work
Participate in team problem solving efforts and offer ideas to solve client issues
Conduct relevant research, data analysis, and create reports.
Maintain responsibility for completion and accuracy of work products and prioritize workload
Assist in proposal development, as requested
Develop contract deliverables using the following tools: word processing, spreadsheet, presentation creation tools, internet research tools
Actively expand consulting skills and professional development through training courses, mentoring, and daily interaction with clients

Qualifications
Completed Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
5 years of relevant experience, to include experience supporting testing for public assistance eligibility software implementations
Limited sponsorship may be available (please confirm whether this is the correct phrasing)
Ability to travel 10%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve
