    Job Description:

    Project Coordinator, Mergers & Acquisitions

    The Project Coordinator, Mergers & Acquisitions will be responsible for planning and overseeing M&A and De Novo projects to ensure they are completed in a timely fashion and within budget. The Project Coordinator will be responsible for creating MS Team Project Directories, SmartSheet plans facilitating and managing meetings, planning and designating project resources, preparing budgets, monitoring progress, and keeping stakeholders informed the entire way.

    As an Elara Caring Project Coordinator, Mergers & Acquisitions, you'll contribute to our success in the following ways:

    • Determine and define project scope and objective

    • Develop and manage a detailed project schedule and work plan

    • Measure project performance to identify areas for improvement

    • Performs other duties/projects as assigned

    What is Required?

    • Bachelor's degree in computer science, business, or an analytical/regulatory related field

    • 3-5 years of project management and related experience

    • Experience seeing projects through the full life cycle

    • Strong familiarity with Excel, PowerPoint, SmartSheet and other project management software tools, methodologies, and best practices

    • Knowledge of healthcare industry is preferred

    • Up to 10% travel required

    • Valid driver's license and insurance

    • Reliable transportation to perform job tasks

    You will report to the Director IMO.
