    We are seeking a Project Support Specialist to join our Security and Electronic Systems (SES) business Unit. As part of (SES) Strategic Business Unit you will be part of a team that designs, engineers, integrates, operates and maintains electronic security services inclusive of intrusion detection, access control, biometric authentication, video surveillance, audio visual, it systems, perimeter defense and command and control systems for federal, local and commercial customers across high-growth markets.

    Clearance/Citizen Type: Applicants selected will be subject to a government security investigation and may meet eligibility requirements, including U.S. Citizenship, for access to classified information; active SECRET clearance REQUIRED

    What you'll do:

    • Collaborate with team members on a variety of analytical efforts, product development, and customer communications preparation.

    • Structure and conduct open-source research to support understanding of customer requirements and impact to customer missions, functions, and tasks; conduct analysis to support development of findings and recommendations.

    • Support research of technical subject matter and organize information from multiples sources; requires interface with project engineers and other technical stakeholders.

    • Support development of operational concepts and requirements that can be translated into technical requirements.

    • Identify areas in need of process development or re-engineering as related to program management, administration, operations, and change/configuration management; support analysis, design, and implementation of new or revised processes.

    • Support development and editing of narrative documents such as Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), user guides, policies, etc. related to various program areas.

    • Support development and documentation of reports and presentations defining problems, evaluation, and possible/recommended concepts or solutions; presentations would be targeted to a wide range of audiences, including customer leadership.

    • Help establish client relationships, assess client issues, and propose project solutions; review, coordinate, and summarize client correspondence to assist the project leadership's understanding of client priorities, scope changes, deadlines, and deliverables; use this experience to develop project leadership skills and assume those responsibilities.

    • Support analysis and development of knowledge management solutions through various mechanisms to support program operations.

    • Help to identify, document, and communicate projected project level of effort, required skill sets, schedules, activities, project changes, challenges, and potential risks, and required actions.

    • Support preparation for monthly program reviews as directed.

    • Support proposals or special projects as directed by the Program Manager.

    Key Qualifications / Skills

    • 5-7 years professional, related work experience.

    • Bachelor's Degree required

    • Excellent MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, and MS SharePoint skills.

    • Above average writing skills; technical writing experience preferred.

    • Strong writing skills, ability to work with the team to develop Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), user guides, policies, directives, etc.

    • Demonstrated experience conducting research and analysis and developing findings and recommendations.

    • Demonstrated professional etiquette and ability to interact with leadership and staff personnel in both industry and government.

    • Demonstrated time management and organizational skills to meet deadlines and quality objectives.

    • Demonstrated experience developing processes and procedures.

    • Experience with engineering and Operations & Maintenance procedures, and configuration and change control processes.

    Pay Range : $81,150 - $108,200
