    As a Program Supervisor in a Catapult Learning Early Childhood Program, you are required to always perform the following job functions to the best of your ability. As Program Supervisor, you will be responsible of leading a team of 15 Site Coordinators and coordinating compliance for 18 Before and Aftercare Sites in Elizabeth NJ. This is a full-time, in-person, on site position. You will receive onboarding training from a qualified Catapult Learning Area Manager. 

    Overview:

    • Ensure the development and implementation of the center's child development and activities program for school-age children.
    • Ensure the appropriateness of program activities according to the age and development level of the child, as specified in N.J.A.C 3A:52-6. l(a)
    • Complete 20 hours of continuing staff development each year.
    • Ensure compliance with all applicable provisions of the NJ Manual of requirements for Child Care Centers.
    • Ensure compliance with all applicable provisions to receive childcare subsidy funding.
    • Program Supervisor must develop relationships with the school administration and staff, and parents at the assigned school. 
    • Coordinate all on program recruitment and marketing for both the School Year and Summer Program.
    • Coordinate and facilitate daily program operations; including staff scheduling, maintain site attendance, and tuition reimbursements.
    • Maintains and Order Supplies.
    • Assist with curriculum activities for the school year and Summer Program.

    Qualifications:

    • Bilingual in Spanish is preferred
    • Must meet or exceed the qualification requirements set forth in chapter 52, Manual of Requirements for Child Care Centers, State of New Jersey.
    • Must Have bachelor’s degree and/or NJ Teacher Certificate (P3, or K-6)
    • Must Have Pediatric CPR/First Aid Training and Certification
    • Must complete Child Abuse Record Information Background Check.
    • Must complete a Criminal History Record Information Background Check.
