Must Haves

2+ YEARS ON INSURANCE VERIFICATION (NO VISION, NO DENTAL, ONLY TRADITIONAL HEALTH INSURANCE)

1+ YEAR OF CALL CENTER (THIS DOES NOT NEED TO BE HEALTHCARE RELATED, NEED CALL CENTER ON THE RESUME)

Job Description

• Will be receiving inbound calls assisting patients with financial assistance for medication (outbound calls needed only for follow ups)

• Will ask patients a series of questions from the tool and that will guide them on how to enroll them with FA

• You will be dealing with MS population that are being referred to this hotline. Their medication is very expensive so they will be reviewing their benefits, telling them what their co-pay/deducible will be, see what type of manufacture coupons/discounts they could be eligible for

• Will be transferring calls to third party pharmacy (ex: Walgreens)

• Need to be professional and comfortable speaking with patients and doctors.

• Will not be doing benefits verification in this program.

Training

• Those who don't have a distracted free environment if they don't pay attention during training, they will not be successful for go-live

• MUST have their camera ON for during training - this is Non-negotiable. We had issues here last year, please ensure to talk through this with them!

Need to be computer savvy

• They don't need to have specific software experience (however, they do use Salesforce as one of their systems so that is a plus if they know it). They just need to be competent at trouble shooting basic computer issues and navigating through different software platforms.

Shifts

• After training all west coast contractors will work 8:30-5PM

• Central or East will work between 8:30PM-6PM (their time zone) shifts will be assigned towards the end of training.
